Depression? What are the signs? What can you do?

Do you feel emotions such as anger, sadness or hopelessness?
It may be helpful to be aware of the signs of depression.
Do you experience any of these negative feelings?
- Feeling Overwhelmed
- Unable to cope
- Feeling like one’s life is on hold or out of control
- Loss of interest or pleasure in daily activities
- Feeling detached or separated
- Feeling that something awful will occur
- Loss of appetite
- Fatigue/exhaustion
- Difficulties getting to sleep or excessive Sleep
- Feeling worthless
- Low self esteem
- Excessive and inappropriate guilt
- Frequent thoughts of planned or unplanned suicide
- Difficulties in thinking / concentrating
